CALL ME THE QUEEN OF RUSHED

When my son was a baby, his grandparents would always say "no rush," "take your time," yet without fail I would always save one errand for next time or cancel that one appointment last minute because I felt I was burdening them by asking for help.

The mom-guilt & constantly feeling rushed was constant when I was away. However, it was completely unneccessary. The worrying & blaming myself were just feelings, not facts. The truth: The mutual love and joy that was happening when I was away was undoubtedly the foundation of the life-long bond my son has with his grandparents today. THAT is far more important than picking him up 30 minutes earlier than I originally said.

"Mom-guilt is real." How many times have you heard that? It's real indeed, but there is more to it than just that. Cue the long lost ugly friends of self-doubt, self-worth, and lack of trust or need for control.

As your coach, we can get to the root of this challenge & retrain your brain to see the positives in it all. No more skipping appointments. No more grown out roots.
